Will I get receipts?
Yes, once payment has been made, a receipt will be issued.
How do I know if my letter is received or not?
Once written and sent, you will receive a notification. If your apology is accepted, you will get a notification stating "Apology Accepted" or "Apology read awaiting response."
Can I get advice from you?
Absolutely. You have to provide details of your circumstances, and one of our experts will look into it and advise accordingly.

What if the letter gets lost?
After 2 weeks of the letter being sent out, we will contact the recipient by mail or online to confirm receipt of the previous letter. If they have not received it, we will send out another one.
The samples on your site, are they the actual letters to be sent?
No, the sample letters are there to show the type of direction the letters will take. Every individual situation is different, and a letter will be created to suit the circumstance.
