Enrollment

To join our affiliate program, you must submit an application through our affiliate registration page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion..

Affiliate Responsibilities
  • You must promote our products/services truthfully and ethically.
  • You may not make false claims or misrepresent our brand.
  • You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all content that appears on it.
  • You may not use spam or misleading links to drive traffic.
Commission Structure
  • Affiliates will earn a commission of 30% for every qualified sale made through their unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, once the return/refund period has passed 30 days.
  • Minimum payout threshold $50.
Qualified Referrals

A sale is considered “qualified” if.

  • The customer uses your unique affiliate link.
  • The customer completes a valid purchase.
  • The customer is not a return/refund or chargeback case.
  • Payment Terms
  • Payments will be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union etc.
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees and taxes applicable to your earnings.
Prohibited Activities
  • No bidding on our branded keywords in search engines.
  • No cookie stuffing or use of misleading redirects.
  • No posting affiliate links on coupon/deal websites without permission.
  • No impersonation of our brand or company.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos and marketing materials solely for promoting our affiliate program.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination.

  • You must remove all affiliate links and branded materials.
  • Outstanding commissions will be paid if earned legitimately.
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions, etc.) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada
