New Here and Trying to Cope

I’m new to this forum, and honestly, it took me a while to even decide to post. Lately, I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health — mostly stress, overthinking, and this constant feeling that I’m not doing enough. Some days I manage fine, but other days it feels like everything is too heavy to handle alone.

I joined this community because I want to connect with people who understand what it’s like to go through emotional ups and downs without judgment. I don’t really talk about this stuff in real life, so I guess this is my first step toward being more open.

If anyone has advice on how to stay grounded or manage those overwhelming thoughts, I’d really appreciate it. And thank you all for creating a space where people like me can feel safe sharing.
