Trying to Heal After What Just Happened

It’s been a rough few days. I’m still trying to process everything that happened, and honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The emotions come in waves — confusion, anger, sadness, then a strange calm that doesn’t last long.

I keep replaying the situation in my mind, wondering what I could’ve done differently, but I know healing starts with acceptance. Right now, I just need to remind myself that it’s okay to feel broken sometimes. Healing doesn’t mean pretending everything’s fine — it means facing the pain and learning to move through it.

If anyone has gone through something similar, how did you start to rebuild your sense of peace? I’d really appreciate hearing from others who’ve been there.
