The SERVICE is defined as the Onlineapology mediation group™.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Service and should not proceed to register. By using the Service after the Effective Date above, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with Onlineapology Ltd. with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" mean Onlineapology or any successor or assign of Onlineapology.
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions, and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
You represent, warrant, and covenant that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
Members will be able to send unlimited messages as long as the Subscription remains active. In order to purchase a Subscription, you may make an online charge to a credit card account in accordance with our pricing policy for Subscriptions as posted on the Service. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST and HST. Onlineapology will charge and collect sales tax on any purchase made from a Canadian credit card, drawn on a Canadian account, or from a Canadian location or address.
By using the services, you have also agreed to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:
We reserve the right to monitor postings to ensure that they conform to applicable content guidelines. We may delete, move, or edit messages or materials that violate the Code of Conduct or are otherwise unacceptable.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
The Service contains proprietary information protected by copyright. You agree not to modify, copy, or distribute any such information without permission.
We are not responsible for interruptions or errors in the Service. Any claims against us are limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the previous 12 months.
Your account is private and should not be used by others. You are responsible for all activity using your password.
We are not responsible for the content of external links provided on the Service.
You agree to indemnify us against any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
