I’m Sorry for Taking Money From Your Pocket Without You Knowing
I’ve been carrying this guilt for a long time, and I feel like I need to finally admit what I did.
I repeatedly took money from your pocket without your knowledge. At first, I convinced myself it was something small and that it wouldn’t matter. But I kept doing it, and with every time, I became more aware that I was betraying your trust.
Looking back, I’m ashamed of myself. You trusted me enough to have me around you, and I took advantage of that trust instead of respecting you and your belongings.
I’m not writing this to make excuses or ask anyone to defend me. I know what I did was wrong. I’m truly sorry for being dishonest and for taking something that was never mine.
I wish I could go back and make different choices. All I can do now is take responsibility, make amends as much as I can, and work to become someone who can be trusted again.
To the person I wronged: I am deeply sorry. I hope one day you can forgive me.
