I had been suspecting my wife and her gym instructor were having a hidden affair for months. There were signs — longer gym sessions, constant texting, emotional distance — but I kept convincing myself I was overthinking things.

Unfortunately, my suspicions turned out to be real when I caught them having an affair. In that moment, everything I feared became reality. I’m still trying to process the betrayal, anger, and humiliation that came with it.

Right now, I don’t even know what hurts more  being lied to for so long or realizing my instincts were right all along. I’m posting here because I honestly don’t know where to go from here.
