I just wanted to share a little about where I’m at right now. Lately, my mental health has been up and down—some days I feel like I’m moving forward, and other days it feels like I’m back at square one. I’ve been dealing with a mix of stress, guilt, and a lot of overthinking that keeps me up at night.
What helps me sometimes is writing things out, taking walks, and reminding myself I’m not alone in this. But I’ll admit, it’s still really hard to quiet my thoughts and not let them spiral.
I came here because I know many of you understand the weight of these struggles in ways that others in our lives might not. If anyone has tips on how to stay grounded during overwhelming moments, I’d love to hear what works for you.
