Trying to find some light in the dark

Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m carrying more than I can handle. I’ve been keeping so much bottled up, and it’s starting to take a toll on my mental health. Some days I wake up with this heavy weight on my chest, and even the smallest things feel overwhelming.

I don’t always know how to put my feelings into words, and I tend to keep them to myself because I don’t want to burden anyone around me. But I guess that’s why I’m here—hoping that maybe opening up in this space will help me start to heal.

If anyone else has felt this way—like you’re drowning quietly but still trying to smile for everyone else—how do you cope? What has helped you move forward, even when things feel impossible?
